Weird that rentals.ca had a y/o/y change for 3BRs in Barrie, but no current data. Hopefully no other errors!

Exactly you hit the nail dead on the head. Now how about reflecting on the struggle to keep those values up, being waged by the BOC and our banking mortgage lending oligopoly.
