The continuing subversion of our political processes at all level of governments, by the development industry, continues to march forward. If the industry continues to have its way zoning controls will essentially be irrelevant -at which point the industry will have destroyed the very thing that rewards the industry so handsomely - at which point perhaps we will see even more of those inane subsidies like the 1.2 billion in rental housing subsidys for all of 2644 units (over 400k per unit) for buildings already constructed some already occupied - is it any wonder we have a massive problem?
