Anyone out there have confidence in any liberal program? I don’t. Look at what 8 years have brought to the Canadian taxpayer. There is already provincial challenges to their cash for zoning program. In short, not well thought out, and too little too late.
The feds caused the housing crisis with their immigration policies. Fix the immigration problem and get the devil out of zoning. Why is Trudeau looking for new things to screw up. Just admit that a lot of the housing problem is due to a completely insane immigration policy and fix what you broke.
