Happy Monday Morning! It’s been a busy twelve months for David Eby. The premier of BC has launched a barrage of policies aimed at remedying the provinces housing crisis, currently grappling with the worst housing affordability since the 1980’s. For those keeping score at home, here’s a quick summary:
Welcome to the f'ing tyranny. What's next: we know all you people with a spare bedroom in your house and you are now mandated to house a homeless person? This country is out of control.
It's not legislated. Just a comment on how far reaching the goverment could get if left untethered. They should keep their fingers OT of this whole issue and let the laws of supply and demand sort it out - it just takes time.
Sounds a lot like the plan of agenda 21. No parking , no vehicles, cramming people into high rises. These will be future slums similar to the Project housing in US. Govt could plan a square sh*thouse

That’s not what any of legislation says. If I’m wrong please point it out.

I live in white rock within a couple of blocks of marine drive with bus exchanges. Our view would be toast
That would be cannot plan.
