In my city we have almost no new builds as far as residential, and so existing inventory of homes for sale is at as low as Ive ever seen in 20 years of living here. Not sure what is up with this but it is highly unusual and I’m curious if this is a trend occurring in other places across Canada? We are in Lloydminster Ab, which has a city of 25-30k
