The first home we bought was a townhouse built originally as a MURB unit. Some years after construction it was turned into a strata and all units sold off. Perhaps that will happen again with this current surge of rental units. The CMHC incentives are taking the place of presale financing - albeit for a modest percentage of them. Will see how long the shakeout takes, but the CMHC model seems one part of that process. Intended or not.

True words! Much appreciated and unique, in this propaganda promotion world. Question - when will we see the end of the unzoning mania, which will haunt us for many many years to come?
