Unfortunately it seems that common sense and creative thinking with the greater good in mind have been lost on most if not all of our politicos. And in Ontario, the provincial government moved ahead with enriching their development friends for no good reason while so many families continue to struggle relentlessly. What a sad state of affairs, here and abroad.
So if we are headed for a changing of the guard, how are the conservatives going to deal with this problem?

Read carefully. The article is good but misses an aspect of the housing problem which is the structure of the FIRE sector and its practices.
